Moncler Grenoble debuted its Autumn/Winter 2013 collection at Manhattan’s Gotham Hall recently. Jumpset was on hand to view the presentation and can emphatically declare that it was stunning. In a fashion that we’ve come to expect from the luxury sporting brand, an army of 370 models wearing the Moncler skiwear was assembled in a tiered theatre in the round. In this case, the audience was at the center, flipping the traditional relationship and lending a sinister touch. A mirror overhead reflected the green kaleidoscope below as a powerful selection of battle music from Daft Punk’s Tron, Star Wars and Aphex Twin pulsed throughout.
